The server was pleasant and great atmosphere but I was disappointed dining there when I ordered the lobster and shrimp carbonara. There were 3 shrimp and the smallest piece of lobster (less than a quarter-size) piece of lobster. I immediately showed the server and she said that whenever she dines out she also thinks there should be more lobster. I ate it, paid $39 for it but a plateful of pasta, peas, 3 shrimp and a molecule of lobster? I don't think that's okay, sorry. Only piece of lobster circled in the picture :(

Service was excellent on a Sunday afternoon. I had a shrimp, mango avocado stack. If you don't like red onion do not order. It over powers the dish but the shrimp was fresh and delicious. The bloody Mary had just enough horseradish to give it a spicy flavor. We also caught a dolphin frolicking in the water which adds to the ambiance.

What an incredible experience at the Chart House in Melbourne, Florida! From the moment we walked in, everything just clicked; amazing food, wonderful service, an impressive selection of adult beverages, and an ambiance that truly set the tone for a perfect night out.
