Had a great experience! Walked in expecting to have to wait for a table but was pleased to find out they had walk in tables available. Service was excellent! I wish I remembered our servers name, but she was very sweet and attentive. Food came out very quick. All our food was delicious but the amaretto flan in particular was to die for! Highly recommend! I loved the family friendly spirit of the restaurant and that there were lots of children and the staff and patrons seemed happy they were there. What a delightful find. We are in Memphis for a few days following a river boat trip from New Orleans. In our search for a dinner place we came across Cocozza Restaurant on Mud Island. We decided to give it a try and so glad we did. It was the best dinner we have experienced in Memphis. Both indoor and outdoor seating and we enjoyed sitting outdoors. This was a nice, cozy, laid back spot. I sat at the bar and im glad I did. Because the bar tender was AWESOME and very attentive and knew his stuff. I ordered the Spritz and Mojito. Both drinks were pretty, but didn't have much alcohol AT ALL. I actually didn't taste any. 😔 For my starter I had 2 small plate appetizers the toasted cheese ravioli and sausage and mushrooms crostini (both were alright) dishes. Warm, cozy atmosphere with the feel of a small Italian café. The food is amazing—fresh, flavorful, and truly tastes homemade. The tiramisu is outstanding and absolutely a must-try! The drinks are delicious, the service is exceptional, and the prices are fantastic for the quality. This was our second visit, and it was just as great as the first.
