I ordered at the drive thru, once I made it to the kiosk I still had to wait. My arrival time was 6:58am with one car in front of me. I receive my order at 712am. I’m not sure what is going on at this location. The guy at the window I wouldn’t say he was rude. I would say he acted as if he really didn’t want to be there. I live in Hernando where we have 2 Starbucks however preferred to come to this location. I think I will be going to the one in Hernando from now own. So today I made the decision to stop coming to Starbucks. After getting coffee at different places, I realize this place is so overpriced. On top of that anytime you go through the drive-through or pay inside they request a tip. Today I went through the drive-through and it asked if I wanted to leave a tip and the lady watched me to see what I would put making me feel uncomfortable. Why would I tip when you’re not providing a service? Today was the day that I decided to just stop going

Almost everytime I come here they don't make my drink right. I order the Mocha Cookie Crumbl and I've had it taste like either plain black coffee or chocolate milk. Today, was the final straw as I asked for extra whipped cream, but got no whipped cream. When I told them I had to wait for a long time and ultimately leave without it, because I had to go to work. I decided to stop coming, because the product isn't worth the price.
