If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. My fiancé ordered a mobile order for pick up with just 2 combo boxes and waited in the drive thru for AN HOUR PLUS to get our food. And there were only 3-4 cars in front of him when he got there. There’s absolutely no reason it should take that long to get a couple meals. Neither of us will ever be coming to this location again.

I waited 63 minutes in the drive thru. No communication, no effort to reconcile the wait times. I wish I hadn't had ordered on the app. If I hadn't had been trapped in the drive thru I would've cancelled my order. Close the online ordering for this store because they clearly cannot handle it or otherwise close down the store if they don't have enough employees. This was beyond the most frustrating customer experience I've ever had anywhere. This will be my last experience here for a long time.

Since new management took over a few months ago, EVERYTHING has greatly improved. I missed my Taco Bell visits so I am so happy that the new manager was true to her word when she posted in Neenah fb that she was dedicated to bringing back friendly, fast service and the Taco Bell food we crave! Thank you!

I live very close to this taco bell and order quite frequently. at first it was okay, these past few months i have been waiting over an hour every single time in the drive thru line when i made a mobile order over an hour ago!! whether it’s late, early, busy, not busy, the wait is the most annoying part. the only reason i still go here is because i work late and is one of the only places you can get a quick bite late at night. the workers stand around and chat and vape on my food and lick their fingers with their gloves on, it’s disgusting. they really need to get better service and better win
