coachlunk Rubio★★★Wasn't impressed with this location. The chicken in the sandwich was dry. The batter was overcooked no flavor. The chicken even fell out of the batter. Garlic fries were cold and there was so much oil in the carton. Swiss burger was flavorless and the ranch should have been plain mayonnaise. Not even sure if the dressing for the salad was ceasar dressing. The soda was good. Not one working heater outside?!? Quality control needs to be better. No working heat lamp to keep food warm. Have more workers to get food out fresh and hot. Its busy enough to cover employee cost.
Wook Chung★★★Update - after tasting their standard burger, I have to downgrade The Melt by 2 stars. The patty - the heart of the burger or the melt - is just not seasoned enough. This is completely a miss given that the entire chain is based on a tasty burger or a melt. Even worse, the melt burger had sauces and chunks of pickles that simply did not go well with the patty. On the bright side, all the ingredients were high quality and the brioche buns were awesome. I really wanted to taste a 5-star burger as we were impressed by the fries and the shake. Unfortunately, The Melt falls flat. Oh, did I mention
Taufik★★★★I visited this place looking for the best burger restaurant in town, and I'm so glad I finally found The Melt Burger. I really think this is the best hamburger restaurant in the city. Highly recommended
Mason Lancaster★★★★★Honestly delicious and hit the spot! Service was very quick! Burger was amazing and garlic parm fries were great too. I also felt like the price was good as well.
