This was my first visit to this Burger King on County Line Rd in Menomonee Falls. I used the Burger King app to get my points. I ordered the double cheeseburger without cheese. I also substituted small fry to an onion ring. My order was swiftly prepared and was nice and warm with the perfect amount of condiments. I enjoyed the refreshed dinning area. The facility was nice and clean and the environment was enticing to eat my lunch.

Worst experience ever. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Nobody in the restaurant. The old lady as the shift manager can't walk. Took her 5 minutes just to fulfill 2 orders of fries. Are you kidding me! How is this place in business!? Terrible restaurant to visit. Never again.

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me just to get a bone in my chicken sandwich when I finally recieved my order. It made me sick to my stomach and hurt to bite into. Went back in for a refund and was told there isn't bones in their chicken - explain this? After telling them I want a refund they tried giving me a new sandwich which I declined. No sincere apology from anyone. Definitely done with Burger King after this.
