Extremely disappointed with Kona Grill. It feels like they’re quietly downsizing their portions while charging the same prices. Just two days ago, the Pop Stickers came with five pieces, and today they only came with three for the exact same price. We also ordered the Macadamia Nut Chicken, which used to come with three pieces of chicken, but now it only comes with two. If prices need to increase, I understand, but reducing the portions without any notice while keeping the price the same is disappointing and feels like poor value for customers. I’ve always enjoyed eating here, but changes lik

LOVED LOVED LOVED my chili glazed salmon. Cooked perfectly and soooo flavorful. Fried rice was a great compliment. Boyfriend had the Alaskan Sea Bass Fish and Chips and it was delicious but he was disappointed with the amount of food for the higher price. It cost more than my salmon. Three smaller pieces of fish and mostly fries. He did say it was the best tartar sauce he'd ever had. Our server was amazing and patient. He even made me a mojito even though it wasn't on the menu.

Stopped by Kona Grill in Boise and had such a nice experience. The atmosphere was relaxing, the drinks were great, and everyone was very welcoming. A special thank you to our server Maya. She was so sweet, attentive, and patient with us the whole time. We really appreciated her recommendations and how often she checked in to make sure everything was good. Good service really makes a difference, and she made our night feel extra enjoyable. Thank you again, Maya!

I visited the Kona in The Village (Boise) with my brother Josh this evening when I was in town for Memorial Day Weekend. The location is fantastic with an excellent upscale atmosphere of young professionals, lively music, and a great spot for watching the NBA/NHL playoff games. We’ve been to a number of Kona (and Saki’s from back in the day in AZ) locations over the years. Patrick (bartender) is fantastic, accommodating, and extremely friendly. He’s was quick with a well-mixed Old Fashioned or a quick pour of sarcasm and laughter. Great spot, great food, and (more importantly) great service
