Everything was great except that one over zealous employee who yells welcome across the restaurant... the same one who isnt my setver but stops at my table when I have a mouthful of food and wants to chat... yeah.. could a done without her. My server was delightful! The Biscuit an Gravy is a good safe choice. Next time im working in Boise you'll probably find me here.

It’s been a while since we have been to The Griddle and we decided to have breakfast. We’ve never been disappointed coming here. Although the Denver Omelette was not on the menu, Gracie, our server brought me a yummy one. I appreciated her attentiveness and a full cup of hot coffee. My wife enjoyed the Coconut Encrusted French Toast with bacon and eggs. We understand they will be moving soon, but fortunately not far away. We will definitely pay them a visit when they do.

OMG! What a great breakfast for the holidays. They had a special of a gingerbread waffle, which my wife ordered. I had the cowboy hash and it was very good. My wife said it was the best waffle she had ever had! The sausage patty was excellent, very good flavor. Our server (Tyler) was outstanding and a very welcome personality in the morning.

We were seated when we arrived. The service was efficient friendly and checked on us. The food is standard Cisco Diner fare and I think the prices are a little high for that. The coffee was a little dissapointing. Tasted like fairly weak folders. My eggs Benedict were poached better today than yesterday. I was hoping for a little more lemon in the sauce. The maple sausage was good. The hash browns were perfectly cooked with crisp edges. I would eat here again. The bathroom was clean.
