Waited in the drive-thru for TWENTY-FIVE minutes for a mobile order that was incorrect and incomplete the first 2 times it was given to us. Took us thirty minutes to get one cheeseburger (that should have been plain), four burnt nuggets, and eight jalapeño poppers. Staff was rude and unapologetic. Reviewing so I remember to never return to this location but also because I absolutely would not recommend to anyone else either.

From the reviews and pretty much every BK within a 6 mile radius, I'm expected trash service. Two things. The service did indeed take a minute but to my surprise everyone was working at their station. Neatly putting togther everyone's food! Order was hot and correct. I'll happily wait longer if my order is consistent like today. Also service was good from everyone 👍🏾

Was in this Burger King this morning with my mother and imagine my surprise when an employee (a male cook) threw an entire fit all because I ordered a chicken sandwich and he did not want to prepare it. Walking about cussing and complaining. I mean, is that not your job?? Maybe fast food customer service is not for you?? I was shocked. I have never witnessed anything like this and from an employee at that. So unprofessional, unnecessary, and rude. If you want to wait 10 minutes or more for a room temperature burger, cold fries, and the person in the drive thru not knowing your order when you get to the window...then this is the place for you. Other Burger King's a few miles away have fresher food and better service. I never recommend going here. You need to be starving in order to enjoy this terribleness. I love Burger King, but never this location.
