My family and I have been here 3-4 times and we have never had a bad experience. Today we were met with a friendly hostess & no wait. We sat down and had a sweet waitress Rihanna who did a great job! My son & I were trying to order food and make it the least expensive possible and the waitress took our order as we asked (she was in training). I had a great experience at Shell Shack. I sat at the bar and was taken care of by Xavier, who provided outstanding service from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. You can tell this place is well managed—Arturo runs a tight ship and everything was organized, clean, and operating smoothly. Excellent food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere.
