I went here with my son for his birthday dinner. The service was fast, and we ate in. The only small hiccup was that my name was spelled wrong, so when my name was called it took me a while to realize they were calling my name, but everything else was fine. The place wasn’t busy when we arrived so we were able to have a conversation and hear each other, but by the time we left it was packed so it did start to get a little overwhelming. The interior is simple and casual, classic fast food vibe, it’s comfortable for a quick, easy meal. I love booths so I was happy they had a variety of options.

Chicken fingers were tender, moist, n delicious. Fries were good for being crinkle fries. No tomatoes to go with lettuce on the sandwich, no knives (only forks), no sweet n' sour sauce. But overall very gd experience. Warmly greeted several times after arriving.

Ordered a kids meal for my son and the Styrofoam container had melted into the food. Pieces of the packaging were stuck to the food, making it unsafe to eat. This is extremely concerning, especially for a child’s meal. I’ve always trusted Raising Cane’s, so this was really disappointing. Management should take this seriously and address the safety issue.

The fries had a very bitter oil taste to them, the chicken tasted old and bad and the drinks from the drink fountain didn’t taste clean. My girlfriend started violently throwing up within minutes of consuming her meal. My fries were also very pale, so likely undercooked. The employees didn’t seem very apologetic about the bad experience, but I was able to get a refund. They kept saying how “THIS guy wants a refun
