Made a mobile order for pickup. First the lady didn't want to give me my second drink although it was clearly in the receipt and when I got to actually check my good there was no chicken. Worst Pollo Tropical I have ever been to.

Why are these people always mixing up orders, forgetting something, and not being accurate with orders?? You go in the drive thru and still have to go inside because they forgot something like wow this is every time. I keep coming back because the food is consistent but the service and accuracy is horrendous.

I stopped by my favorite chicken chain for a family lunch to go. As opposed to using the drive thru, which seemed a mile long. I stopped inside. No, wait to place my order, but you can see they were working hard behind the counter. Stopped in the restroom, which could have used some cleaning, but it was the middle of the day. The restaurant itself was clean. The interior of this location is massive. Definitely could use a self-serve sauce bar. When my order was up, I asked for pineapple rum sauce and cilantro garlic sauce. I was given 3 rum sauces and told they have to get the cilantro sauce.
