Our sever, Maria was amazing. She was present. Friendly, attentive and accommodating. The Food: We ordered the “Balan’s Burger,” to share, since we were not that hungry. It was okay. We also ordered the “Spicy Rigatoni.” Too much sauce. Balan’s is great to spend time seeing and be seeing in the trendy Brickell neighborhood. “Eat deliciously"

Javier is an amazing manager — super attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire night. And Gaby was an incredible server! She was so sweet, fast, and really took care of us. We ate, had some drinks, enjoyed hookah, and the whole vibe was perfect thanks to them. They truly made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this place, especially with such a great team! 💙✨
