Food was good but the prices are insane. I guess that's Miami for you. But dang, $75 for 3 bowls and a side of chicken is a ripoff. Its not like chipotle or freebirds, they charge for every single topping here. The base price should be much lower if all you get is meat and rice for the listed price.

Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered for pickup and had to wait to pickup my order even when I got there when I was supposed to “pick it up” and the dude working there started making it once I got there and there was no other customers in the store, and did not even get greeted at all, to me it’s like these employees are slacking off. Horrendous customer service and experience, this location is one of the worst I’ve been to. Ordered skin for my bowl and sour cream and got skimped out for the price I am paying for a small bowl absolutely unacceptable, chicken kitchen you have to do bet

The rice bowl was very good...no complaints there. If I'm ever in Miami again, I'll visit this place. I loved how well the flavors came together. However, the service wasn't that great. The guy preparing the food had a bit of an attitude, like he was bothered. He wouldn't speak when I'd ask questions. He'd just point at things.

I really love Chicken Kitchen and can speak for a lot of people when I say the chicken skin is the *best* part. However, this specific location has started charging for chicken skin that comes on the chicken chopped up for you. So they purposely remove the skin to then upcharge if you want it back? make it make sense please! Honestly, they are taking advantage of the customers by adding an extra cost to the chicken we're already paying for! Ruuuuude & shame on you CK!
