Honestly I don't normally bother posting negative reviews, but hopefully the owner or management read these and realize how many problems this location has. I go here a lot because of convenience, and use the mobile app to order ahead. I get parked every single time and have to wait for the order, 5 or 10 minutes. Even with the extra time, every order is missing something when it's delivered. Not most orders, not an exaggerated every, literally every single order every single time I come to this location. McDonald’s needs to address serious customer service and order accuracy issues at this location, and this experience has completely lost our business. During a recent visit through the drive-thru, the employee at the window was extremely unprofessional and dismissive toward When my wife politely asked if she could have a ranch or two with her meal, he laughed and said, “Yeah, we’re going to have to charge you for that,” in a mocking tone. never can get the simplest thing right!!! I get the same thing every time I go... a snack wrap with just cheese no ranch no lettuce just cheese the wrap cheese and a piece of chicken!!!!?!!!!! That's it that's all they can't get that right they always put lettuce or ranch or no cheese or a plane plane it's just ridiculous they come up with ways to mess it up it up it really ridiculous because it happens way too often!!!!!!!!!
