For real 😕 Not even edible. What type of spicey chicken is this Whataburger? It's been over 20yrs since I ate Whataburger due to this type of quality and cardboard flavor burgers. This is what you give me when I come back 😠. Do better for the other customers, I'm done. You're food is terrible. Texas, please season your meats that aren't BBQ.

The girl who took my order was very energetic. She took my order, and greeted me with a smile and a good morning at the window. Then, she proceeded to read back my order to make sure that it was correct. That is what makes a fantastic employee. Thank you to all who were there working this morning.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Their Manager did not even speak to us, she went from being on her phone in the area to the right of the registers to bypassing us and going to an employee. She could have said SOMETHING to acknowledge that we were even in the store. We were standing at the counter she just walked by, trying to give them money to support this location. Extremely disappointing, new store same West Texas Attitude!!!
