I was hesitant at first because I was used to ordering on an app like all the other coffee places use, but going through the line is just as fast if not faster, and the team members there taking orders are so nice and fun that it makes ordering enjoyable. Once you sign up with your phone number your previous orders are saved and they can pull up your favorite drinks and help you order!
