This place has a cute decor. Very clean. But the staff was unpleasant and slow. All the food was dry and almost inedible. The egg salad and chicken salad was ok everything else was dry and over done and left a bitter taste in the mouth definitely more than likely would not return. Staff talked about us from the back when we expressed our displeasure. We were nice about it but it was not a good experience.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. Maybe some people have an axe to grind. I travel all over the USA for work and it’s my first time at Chicken Salad Chick. Everything was great from my perspective. Service was polite and fast, food way above average for a chain.

The highlight of this visit where the delicious teas and lemonades that are made in house. The portion size is reflective of the price they ask for for each menu item but the price is too high for such average tasting items. After watching the commercials and seeing the website it seems they only create dishes for a select group of individuals that have money and no taste buds. The group that total 10 were all disappointed!

This is a nice healthy alternative if you want food that comes out fast but is not fast food. My body definitely appreciated something that was better for it than what I have been eating, and I appreciated the service and cleanliness of the restaurant.
