The food tasted wonderful. I loved the oreo blizzard I had and I got the three chicken strips with fries. Really good until while I was eating a bug came crawling out of my food. It looked like a nat. I went up and told the man that was working and he apologized and said he's noticed bugs around and it's because they come through the front door that is not fully closed. Then there was this awful smell. I thought it was my little sibling letting it rip and stuff but no. Food was good, but it took me 20 minutes to get a burger. It was busy, but the problem is management failed to put enough people in the front to where food was sitting there for 10-15 minutes before it was given out.

It's an average dairy queen. It's fast food with your average fast food attitude and quality. The dairy queen in wetumpka alabama has far better service and food quality in my opinion. But this one I would not say is bad. Just meh.

Stopped at this Dairy Queen on the way to Birmingham, easy access, you have to look for the signs, which are big ice cream cones to show you that there is a drive-through behind the store. Like many older places, the speaker for the drive-through is a bit hard to hear. The help was good, they listened to our order and suggested alternatives that made sense
