We had such a great experience at First Watch that we came back two days in a row—and it did not disappoint either time. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Yesterday, my wife had the Chimichurri Hash while I went with the Chikichanga—both were outstanding. First Watch in Prattville, Alabama upholds the tradition of excellence in food and service that I always get from these restaurants. They offer traditional choices like eggs, bacon, pancakes and waffles, super healthy choices like yogurt and granola, avocado toast, or super foods bowl, and everything in between. They also serve lunch sandwiches and bowls, or frittatas. There might be a wait at breakfast but it is well worth it. If you are a sweet lover, be sure to try the Million Dollar Bacon, baked with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne, and maple syrup. It lives up to its name! Check it out
