The cookies are good & the employees are nice. But the customer service could be a little better let me explain. we ordered two of the same cookie & unfortunately you only have one of the cookies left so you ask did we want something different & my husband chose a brownie, a Dubai brownie and the employee replied "well unfortunately that's a upcharge for that brownie. Being the fact that you ran out of the cookie that we originally ordered, whether it was an upcharge or not you should have ate that and gave him what for the he wanted for the inconvenience. That is excellent customer service &
