Overall solid experience. Not too busy on a Saturday brunch/noon time which is nice these days. Spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good, a bit on the sweeter side. Definitely have had better waffles. It could've used more crunch. Was on the mushier side. They ran out of some of their drinks so we just got a hot Americano. Coffee was 3.5/5. Strong aroma but on the bitter side.

Great atmosphere! But, the customer service is lacking in all aspects. I have been here a few times and unfortunately, I have had the same experience every time. The drinks were fairly decent for the price. It is a shame tho (because the interior is beautiful and the location is convenient as well)

The matcha latte was way too frothy and didn’t really have much of a matcha flavor. Server was super rushed and didn’t really have good customer service. Price was also quite steep for just a little mug. The pastries looked aesthetically pleasing though, curious about trying to signature crepe cake in the future. Hope to have a better experience next time.

I had a great experience at Café Bene! Their cappuccino was smooth, flavorful, and really well-balanced — easily one of the better ones I’ve had recently. I also tried their croissant, which was fresh, flaky, and a perfect light bite alongside the coffee. I appreciated that they offer almond milk as an alternative, and they use the Califia brand, which is a high-quality choice. It would be even better if they added an organic almond milk option in the future. One thing to note: the regular dairy milk they use isn’t organic, A2, or from a local pasture-raised source.
