Colin Shi★★★★★A neighborhood favorite in Milpitas! The fish quality is amazing, not far off from what I’ve experienced at high end sushi restaurants. At $14-$18 per roll, you’re looking at some incredible value. No, it’s not authentic Japanese sushi, but I still think it’s delicious. Always coming back for their Mizuno and Dragon rolls!
Wei-Ai Tai★★★★Located in a nondescript business plaza in Milpitas, this popular Japanese restaurant is away from the restaurant clusters, but it serves surprisingly fresh sushi and many other Japanese dishes. The menu is quite large, and in addition to a long list of sushi rolls and nigiri, it also has ramen, udon, donburi, tempura, and veggie bento boxes. Fast and efficient service. Small parking lot that fills up fast, so it can be very difficult to find a spot.
Ruchika Gupta★★★★★I stopped by this place on a weekend around 7 p.m. and had to wait over 40 minutes to be seated, with the restaurant closing at 8 p.m. I'd definitely recommend going earlier. If you're a party of two, expect to be seated at the counter rather than a table. Dragon Roll (4/5): The best part of this roll was the eel, which unfortunately was only on some of the pieces. Those bites, however, were delicious. It's a solid choice, even if it's not the best dragon roll I've ever tasted. Booty Call Roll (4.5/5): This massive, four-piece roll is loaded with a variety of ingredients. I was surprised by
Kevin Johnson★★★★The food is great! It can get a little busy at times, but overall a great experience every time I eat here.
