My favorite Greek restaurant in the area since Kosta's White Manor closed down (and they were more like Greek fine dining). The gyros are the best, not toppled on top of the pita, rather placed on the side. You do get one cube of Feta vs. having to purchase on the side. Their Avgelemono Soup tastes homemade. The Souvlaki, Dolmathes and hummus are all delicious. You literally cannot go wrong with anything in the menu which I don't unfortunately try more of because their gyros are so good. I don’t know why everyone else had such a good time at this place, but I didn’t. I know every restaurant has off days, but dog! Today must be the day from heck. I ordered via uber eats. They sent me the driest dang gyro meat I’ve ever had. The veg was old. The stuffed grape leaf was DRY and they charged $3 for one small leaf. I could have bought a whole jar! and y’all know that’s a dish served MOIST every time! The pita bread was soggy, but also was very heavy on the pit char. Just black dusty crumbs all over the bread. I stopped in yesterday for a gyro with fries. The food, service, and atmosphere was fantastic! Apollo has been on my list to visit for a while now. Highly recommend!

Food is cooked perfectly but portions are super small. Then they expect you to pay a tip for takeout. If they weren't so greedy I'd give them a a solid rating. The food is really really good it's just way too small. I don't like feeling like I'm ripped off and hungry afterwards.
