I am George Webbs downtown location. I have to say the food was phenomenal. I had the French Toast Special with scrambled eggs and cheese cheese with hash browns! I couldn’t even eat it all! It was a great experience at this George Webb.

It's a George Webb's, Waffle House's slightly more civilized cousin. I stopped in for a quick Sunday breakfast. My Denver omelette was well prepared and came out quickly. The service was interesting because there was a shift change and the trainee server was in a hurry to leave. Off putting for sure but par for this type of place. Overall, this is old school, basic dinor with ok food. It does the job.

I am a Milwaukee native. I described George Webb‘s to a friend of mine. I told him that it was like waffle House of the north. It did not disappoint. We went for breakfast and almost saw a fist fight with the weight staff. I don’t know what the buildup to it was, but it almost came to blows. It was dinner and a show. That being said, the breakfast was delicious as always, prepared perfectly. I’d eat there every day if they let me.
