A wonderful delicious experience with an amazing waiter! My partner and I came to the Emery for my work conference, and we decided to give Giulia a try. We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Chipper. He was very friendly, charismatic, and very attentive, and despite also serving a very large party in the private room, we never felt neglected! He was also very knowledgeable and recommended us the Polenta Croquettes. Wow! That brings us to the food-- Yum! The croquettes had a complex and rich flavor that amazed us. What an incredible restaurant & experience!! We were staying at the hotel & decided to get dinner here - it truly exceeded expectations. We got the focaccia bread as an appetizer, the chicken parm & pappardelle. The food was phenomenal; the house made pasta & sauces were delicious. The old fashion was also great. The atmosphere was wonderful and our server, Jansen, was super friendly & attentive. We definitely recommend this place and will be back next time we’re in town!

There is a great drink selection and the service was amazing, great wait staff. It was pretty loud with a party going on, prom, and the fact it’s part of a hotel so just a lot of open space. It’s also a bit of a walk to the restroom 😂 Overall it was just an ok experience, not bad, not amazing!

Delicious Italian eatery in a smart, modern space. I loved the grilled focacia and marinated olives, next time I will have to try the whipped goat cheese. That also tempted me. We tried the gnocchi with wild mushrooms, absolutely delicious - seared with butter and topped with a little breadcrumbs. *Chef's kiss. We also tried the buccatini with crab, in a tomato sauce with capers....a good hint of spice but not too much, also delicious! We wrapped up with the butterscotch and chocolate mouse, it was really light with the butterscotch crunch on top! Apparently after the apps I forgot to take mo
