Stopped by the Five Guys at 1600 N Hancock Rd in Clermont recently and it was exactly what I was hoping for! The location is super convenient, right off the main road with easy parking, making it a quick and easy stop whether you're grabbing lunch on the go or dinner after a long day. The restaurant itself is spotless—clean, bright, and well-maintained from the moment you walk in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes the experience better. Want to write a good review! The food was excellent and the store was spotless. I also apologize for pushing the wrong button and not leaving a tip by mistake, but the cashier was awesome about and said don't worry about it. I also apologize if I had a grumpy face while waiting, as I've had a bad back for the last few days but it had nothing to do with the wait time. I came during rush hour, so that's on me 😆 Y'all keep up the great work!

Good service, good food, clean restaurant We orders little Cajun fries as you can see they gave us a lot of fries. My husband ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with the works minus pickles and I ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. The food was fresh and cooked well, the staff was friendly.

Saturday 4/25/26 about 1:00 After what seemed like a very long wait, the “little burger” I received was two small separate pieces of meat about 1/2 the size of a patty. Ot wasn’t even a patty. It was burned to a crisp with small burned pieces stuck to the roll. Put it in the bag and asked for the Manager. Gave it to him. No apology, no surprise, asked if I wanted them to remake it. I said no and I will never be back. I won’t. Should have offered to refund the $12 & change. Outrageous for a little burger & drink, no fries much less to serve trash. Will never go to any of them again.
