How is the best chicken restaurant so bad? I love KFC . But the service an the food where disgusting to say the least. I ordered my food 3 hours in advance for pickup. I show up and still have to wait 40 minutes. I guess they don't have too much communication with their app. The food was cold. The service had too much attitude. Do better KFC.

I witnessed so much cross contamination through the drive-thru window in the 5 minutes that I was there waiting that I contemplated saying never mind and was thinking about asking for a refund. The lady handled my card at the window with gloves on and then touched her glasses, her face, her pants, other things around the kitchen and then proceeded to help the other lady make my food by touching my ready to eat food without changing her gloves. I will not be going back.

Let me tell you, the fries was probably the best I have ever had in a long time. Service, not so great, very unprofessional staff and unorganized.

Never again. We ordered and had the food delivered. We were missing several items and, when I called to get it amended, they refused to send us the missing items. When I pressed them (I feel that if someone makes a mistake it’s their responsibility to fix it), the guy just hung up on me. I don’t patronize any business that doesn’t back up their product, so…never again.
