Michelle Yanez★★I went there today for my lunch and I understand that They were extremely busy but when they ask for your name, they don’t even put the name that you give them. They put a totally different name on your order and they’re walking around calling out that name and then they give you attitude when you walk up to the counter to ask about your order, they say this is your order and I let them know that not my name and they say well this is your order and it’s been sitting there for 10 minutes. We went at 5 PM yesterday and the girl taking our order was annoyed and told her coworker “you’re going to have to make 2 box combos and 3 3 pieces 😐.” I get it, we ordered 5 combos but you don’t need to show how annoyed you are and voice it when we’re right infront of you. She proceeded to ask for the order name and when my boyfriend said “Luis” she repeated “Chris??” And made the snarkiest face at us when we corrected her.
