I’ve been going here since i was little but today will be my last here. There was a bug on my bread!!! my husband goes to get a refund and the lady accuses us of putting the bug on there and tells us it’s BURNT CHEESE. and she destroys the kolache and throws its away so no one else could see it. She ended up calling the manager and the manager ask to see but the lady already ruined it and threw it away. Luckily i took a picture. So sad she made it seem like it wasn’t a bug and she threw it away without anyone else seeing.

In at 9:30 am bought 1/2 doz glazed, got home and the kids said what is this these donuts didn’t even look like glazed donuts they were doughy the worst donuts I’ve ever purchased as long as I’ve been with Shipleys. I can never return to this location again this was horrible. I’m a was. I’m ashamed that my kids started to eat it and once throw it away I can’t believe this. Is this a new recipe because if it is, it’s horrible. I am totally dissatisfied.

A+ service F- donuts and kolache Even the staff don't eat there, it's that bad! Flavor so insipid I could not finish and had to toss. Five minutes away there is Home Cut Donuts on Fondren &8 with much better donuts and better prices.

I stop here often and Sylvia is the sweetest person! She constantly makes my visit very warming with how sweet and caring she is. She handled my order quickly and with care. She is a true asset to Shipley’s & she is a stellar example of customer service done right!
