Unprofessional! I WAS LOCKED OUT THE LOBBY & FORCED TO GET IN LINE BEHIND 8+ CARS and the Drive Thru speaker was out of order too! NO THANKS I arrived for a pick up order ( already prepaid),and I had to knock on the door as an associate looked at me and then turn her head back around and rested her back on the glass door. So I knocked again and this time I spoke, " Excuse me ma'am I have a pick up order, are yall closed? The chicken is always fresh, but they are slow and that could be due to them being very busy. The store is old so the atmosphere just has never changed that much over the years. But the chicken is always fresh

Tried this chicken spot after a friend kept recommending it and it turned out pretty good. The fried chicken had a nice crispy outside and the meat inside was still juicy, which I feel like a lot of places mess up. Portions were decent too, I actually couldn’t finish all the fries. The place itself is pretty casual, nothing fancy but clean enough and the staff were chill. Had to wait a few minutes for my order but it wasnt a big deal. Overall it’s a solid place if you’re craving chicken and don’t wanna spend a ton. I’d probably come back again.
