If you’ve been to a Dutch Bros, you understand the menu. I do like their sparkling sodas and sugar-free options. So today that’s what I went with was a sparkling soda, with sugar-free hazelnut and sugar-free strawberry. It was my first time putting this combination together, and I hesitated because of the hazelnut. I love hazelnut but mostly and coffee drinks. However, I did like it and I would read it a 8/10. The young man that helped me in the drive-through was very friendly.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Aileen at this particular location - it was my first time at a Dutch Bros and she was so knowledgeable, talking me and my partner through all of the drinks and the special ways to have them. She also knew so much about the company culture, history and ownership! Remarkable customer service and it made my experience there instantly memorable. Their seasonal drinks are really yummy, but ask for light ice for iced coffees, lattès, etc... they put a lot in there. Also, its on the expensive side and the drive-thru is almost always full of cars, but they are friendly and have lots of unique drinks.

I have never had terrible service like I did today. Theres was a long line in drive thru so I got off ordered I kept seeing all the cars that I got there before leaving at this point I was fed up and tried to catch someone's attaching that I dont need my drink no more I would call for a refund as I was going to be late for work if I waited any longer I was there for 15mins I know it gets busy but seeing all the cars go by that I was there before? Than as im trying to get someone's attention I see about 6 people in there just chatting away like if theres 6 people why so long to make a drink? Im
