I ordered from this taco bell on 6/14/26 through doordash. I had ordered a quite a bit of food and they messed up on my two burritos. That wasn't that big of a deal, I called and they said they'd reimburse me with new items at a later time. That was okay with me until, I ordered the next night and called before I ordered and asked if they would just throw the burritos they messed up the night before in my doordash order. A girl answered and said "okay I promise to put your burritos in your doordash order". Doordash order arrives and everything besides what she "promised me" would be in my bag

They gave me little portions and messed up my order, they gave me little to no cheese sauce and the Crunchwrap I got had 1 piece of chicken

Today I went through the drive through and Ana R. Helped me out and she was great. Most of the time I go through the drive through the young man that's at the window never has a smile and never gives me options. She went above and beyond today.

Taco Bell’s strategy of constantly removing popular menu items and bringing them back as limited-time offers is getting old. The poblano steak quesadilla was a staple for some of us, not a novelty item. At some point, the artificial scarcity stops driving excitement and just pushes customers to look elsewhere. The nacho fries cycle was one thing, but repeatedly doing this makes the menu feel unstable. Loyal customers don’t want gimmicks — we want consistency.
