Stop here on the way back home from a roadtrip. And got the mix and match w/ a half French dip and mac & cheese, both really good! But my biggest praise is when I left my wallet on my table and had already made it back to Texas 3 hours away, I immediately called the store 10 minutes before they closed. I'm not sure if your employees are overwhelmed, undertrained, or just hate delivery orders, but of the 8 orders I've placed at this location via either DoorDash or Uber Eats (I use both), only a single one arrived complete and correct. Of the 8 orders, 7 had a missing item. The one that was complete, was an order for a single sandwich. Pretty hard to mess up a single item, I suppose. Look, I don't know who needs to hear this, but people who order on delivery apps are ALSO your customers. In fact, we pay a 30%+ premium for the privilege. The employees there are always so friendly and the food is consistently yummy and filling without feeling unhealthy and overstuffed. If they make a mistake on your order they resolve it quickly. Whether you’re dining in or picking up a to go order, wait times usually aren't bad at all either
