Ordered pizza from this place and they cancelled on me since they said they called and I didn't answer. I ordered again this time put a different number and before it even processed I called to confirm it. When I called I was put on hold for 10 mins no one was answering me. When I was on hold I saw they proceeded to cancel my order again. So then I hung up and called again. When I called again they answered and they did not make me wait instead Gabriela was extremely rude and got mad that after the 1st order cancelled I reordered and I put a different number. NEW REVIEW: Pizza was perfect, and gotta say customer service is awesome. The worker on the phone has allot of patience. He held his cool while someone was yelling probably trying to get free food. Had NO confirmation No email NO recognizable phone number. Isn't that all asked for placing the order lol. I hate having my delivery from Olympic, bad service bad food bad everything.Gave them up and take a drive here. My last pizza was not correct though... Missing a couple of toppings...

Waiting 3 hours for my pizza. Called to see what was going on. A girl picked up the phone and clicked on me . I called back and a dude answered only to tell me i have to come pick up my pizza. And I politely told him I wanted it delivered. Never ordering here again so unprofessional and rude

30% tip on my online order...didn't give me napkins and side packets like I instructed... Went back here to get an undercooked pizza. The outside looked good but under the cheese was either slightly doughy or very doughy. The pizzas have gotten smaller and less tasty. They have fallen from their peak during the pandemic quality rework.
