Last night I ordered a barbecue grilled chicken with onion rings. The sandwich supposed to come with barbecue sauce and slaw. There was no slaw on the sandwich and the onion rings were cooked with the hull on it. Sad.

It was my first time at Cook Out. The cashier was talking to herself and wiping her hands on the wall. The cooks were playing around in the back. I had to give my food back because there was Cajun seasoning on my fries. My food was cold. I have a 7-hour drive back home, and it was just too much going on at once. The manager on shift didn’t seem to know how to manage. The girl that took my food and said that’s all the fries they gave u.

Milkshakes were great, definitely the best thing. Loaded burger was good. Onions rings were soggy and not fully cooked. Loved the hushpuppies!
