We ordered at the drive through. A large order of tenders & chicken with a gallon of tea. We pulled forward to wait which was fine. It smelled so good we couldn’t wait to get home! When we got home, we discovered all the boxes, crushed and wet. The chicken tenders weren’t tender, and the chicken thighs were pink at the bone. We had already decided not to ever eat there again when we opened the rolls and discovered mold all over them. Come on man!!!! That was alot of money for salmonella!!!

How does one roll cover up 4 tenders. Skimpy don’t work with expensive. Not only did I get the smallest tenders that wouldn’t fill up a 4 year old but they gave me a hard roll. I feel like I got robbed.. I live 15 mins away or else I’d demand a refund or replacement. Disappointed

First time ever trying Chicken Express was the location in Moore, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. I have just one request for the corporate team: Please, please consider building a location closer to the Northwest Expressway! We definitely need one on this side of town. Highly recommend!

I was highly disappointed with the family meal I purchased today. We got a 16pc meal- 6 of those pieces were tiny wings and the other pieces were an obvious mix of 2 different batches of chicken (some were cooked longer and darker than others) which wasn’t a big deal but once we got a look at all pieces, they were mushy looking. After cutting them open to be sure they were cooked thoroughly, they were indeed cooked all the way but tasted like old greasy, and it was way more greasy than usual. My husband didn’t even eat the chicken. The fries were very salty, so salty my son chocked on the firs
