They always take a really long time to make a burguer, weather it’s 2pm or 2am! Service sucks. Please get new management in place. This is supposed to be fast food!

The food is always prepared fresh and is delicious. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly. An added touch is the Manager, Chris. He always greets everyone when they come in. And it's very personable. If an associate has a question, he quickly comes up to assist them and makes small talk with the customer. At a lot if other restaurants/stores the mabager will come up annoyed and say nothing to me. I don't know what I would always come in to place my to go order. Because everyone is so nice and I have so many good experiences.

I stopped by this Whataburger after the Thunder game, and I have to say, I was pleasantly shocked. The last time I came here was during OU football season, and let’s just say I had enough time in the drive-thru to consider a career change. This time was completely different. The drive-thru was packed, the lobby was busy, and my friends and I were already mentally preparing for a long wait. Then somehow, like some kind of fast-food magic trick, we had our food in about 5-6 minutes. I honestly thought someone forgot to tell us there were people ahead of us.
