This place was really an awesome spot. Defined coffee really stuck out to me with their aesthetics, service, and coffee quality. I am a big coffee snob and I really enjoy coffee. This place blew me away. Very simple menu with fun seasonal orders so it’s very hard to not find something great. Also, coffee beans are roasted RIGHT IN STORE. Perfection. I got the Woodsman Latte hot which had smoked sea salt and a brown butter flavoring. It was the perfect mix of subtly sweet and salty with the PERFECT temperature. My journey through coffee. Define coffee ranks in top 10! A friendly, and cool vibe. Yet still warm feeling. I picked up the wrong cortado. One that was house made with cardamon syrup, YUM 😋 ! I apologized when I noticed I picked up the ladies in front of me and she said it's her special way of making a Cortado on this cool spring day and I wholeheartedly agreed!
