Donovan★★★★★I went to this McDonald’s location for lunch. There were 2 people in neon vests bringing food to guests in the dining room and outside the drive thru. They were fast and efficient. The food was great and I was satisfied with my experience
Jt Styles★★★The customer service is sometimes pretty bad. Idk why it isn't more consistent with being just good, but it's not. Maybe it's the shift manager or something, but this last in particular nite the service was bad. Rude. Got orders wrong, and then wanted to argue instead of just riteing the wrong. Just unpleasant all around. Tried to give half a thing of frys because they didn't have enough to fill it rite and just wanted to get the order done. Picture shown
Rob Moosbrugger★Ordered a fillet-o-fish and a Big Mac at the beginning of lunch around 10:45 AM. The buns were so stale on both sandwiches. They were not edible. Not to mention, I use the mobile app, placed my order in the parking lot. Waited five minutes until the order was supposed to be ready, went inside, then waited another 10 minutes for them to make it, the service was pretty bad, but the food was even worse. One of the worst McDonald’s EVER!
Preciousmomx5★We went to this McDonalds and tried to order on the machine. It did not work so we pushed assistance button. Nothing. Went to main counter several employees looked at us, but no one helped us. We left. Very poor service. Only McDonald's in the area that has such poor service. Do better managers.
