aaliyah Vela★Came in for early breakfast with my 5 year old child, was attended to quickly and food came out in a timely matter. Shortly later I noticed a small bug crawling on my food… mind you I’m 7 months pregnant and just couldn’t believe what I was seeing 🤢 the waitress offered to replace the plate with a new one but I declined… my appetite was gone
熊崎詠亜★The restaurant was almost empty when I arrived, with only one other group dining. I ordered the pancakes, but they were disappointing and definitely not worth the price. Unfortunately, this was my last visit.
Ominous Specter★It's really frustrating trying to use the rewards program here. For example, this time I tried using my 20% off my order offer, since it expires soon, and instead my waitress decided to use a booth reward, which notably does not expire soon, on my coffee. 🫠. I've specified each time what reward I want to use, but this is now the second time this has occurred.
Sally Mortensen★First, the waitress charged us for a side of hashbrowns instead of the eggs that I ordered and got. That was an additional $3 but I didn’t say anything. We were tired and didn’t want to deal with the hassle. Then we went to pay our $38 bill. I showed the waitress the QR code for my 20% off reward. She typed something in and then said the total was $36.58. I told her that wasn’t correct so she had me come around the counter to show me that her screen said Redemption Code with a check mark. That told me nothing other than that she entered some type of redemption code. She obviously didn’t enter
