Amazing burgers and fries. Had a double Humble burger. Highly recommend this place.

I’m a fan of smash burgers and Humble Burger does them right! Brioche buns, delicious pickles, and burger patties with rich beef flavor and thin crispy edges. The house burger sauce tops it off and makes it a really special treat. The fries are also among the best anywhere. I live in Spokane and will happily drive to Moscow and back just to eat at Humble Burger. Go try it, you will be glad you did!

Love Humble Burger’s new location in Downtown Moscow! Clean interior with plenty of seating - even a few place outside! I love that people can watch the food being made, and the staff is so friendly! Limited menu, but it’s so hearty and they cater to those who are GF! I wish they had more conventional drinks (Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, etc), but the food itself surpasses my complaints about drinks! Hefty and filling and they even have a punch card for items you know you’re going to order again and again! The meat, I believe, is locally sourced too. Excellent establishment!

Maybe they were having a rough day. But the burger was definitely not worth what I paid. Took almost 40 minutes and there was only 1 group of 3 customers ahead of me. Maybe they had togos or something? They gave the tiniest fry sauce container. Not even enough for half of the fries. The burger was not great either and the onions were basically just mush. Just kinda feel like that wasn't worth almost $20. I might give it another shot, but not a great first impression.
