So I came this afternoon to enjoy a solo date. I hadn’t eaten all day naturally I was famished. I ordered food at the counter but my inquiries made the staff alert me I need to order in the gbar section for seated service. I sat down at 3:50. There were some staff coming in and out. But no real traffic. However no waiter came to me but all saw me. At 4:01 two individuals entered the area and were seated directly next to me. Came to Giovannis today to get my favorite pasta and lamb chops and was serviced by Alexandria who also put my food in a warming container to keep my food frrsh while i waited for my husband to come back from the store. perfect service great food couldn't complain at all. Will always be back to get more delicious food 😊

Not knowing that this is the place where I lost my wallet, I called them yesterday morning, just in case they have it. They called back in a few minutes and the lady said, "we have it". Aside from good food, they offer honest service to their customers. Chayo found it in one of the benches and kept it for safekeeping. Dropped my wallet on a Monday and got it Wednesday. I thank you!!
