Well. I just left this establishment about 15 minutes ago and it’s 3:55am on May 16. I’m well aware of the time and I think it’s crazy to come here and the person on the radio is annoyed they have customers. I ordered online and when I got there they said the power was out even though the lights were on. The manager told me they could not refund me my money and there was nothing they could do about it. They could not make my order, send my order to another Taco Bell, or refund me. This is really unbelievable they can take your money and not provide you with the food you paid for or a refund. This place is beyond disgusting! Went in there and it was clear that they were shorthanded, which is totally understandable. However, in the meantime, they were so far behind they stopped the drive-through I was there to pick up an Uber eats order waited 45 minutes as they did not go in order of how the orders were received an employee got their food and left before even catching up in the dining room came back goofing off gave the lady a hug. This place is awful EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve ever tried to get food here the line takes forever and the food is never right they have hired the most incompetent group of people that I’ve ever seen. Who ever runs this location should be out of a job the place shouldn’t even be open anymore. Every review is 1 star how is nothing being done about this?!? The guy asked what we had ordered at the window it was confirmed and he still manged to give us the wrong food. I don’t know what I need to do but this place should not be running anymore it’s absolutely ridiculous.
