Estuary is located inside the Conrad hotel (you go up to the third floor), and while the setting feels upscale, the prices are actually quite reasonable We had the catch of the day sea bass with broccolini which was excellent The sauce was amazing, and the presentation of the dish was stunning We also tried the gnocchi, I’m not a big fan, but my friend said it was the best she’s had (she’s not Italian though) The atmosphere is beautiful, and the service was great. Definitely a lovely spot for a nice dinner!!!

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant set in the heart of the Conrad Hotel. Super attentive service complimented the well presented and delicious food. The chicken was cooked to perfection and roasted garlic and potatoes were a perfect accompaniment. The off-menu date and fig rolls were very well done and the compound butter that came with worked in tandem. Excellent selection of drinks as well, with the opportunity to taste when ordering by the glass - rare in my experience. It is pricy, but the quality of the food, service, and location matches the price and was faultless. Pinned for future retur

The Seared Ora King Salmon (cooked medium) is heaven-sent. I was practically fighting back tears realizing how much I've been screwing myself by overcooking salmon at home. I took my sweet time savoring every bite. If you're dining solo, don't be afraid to grab a table if it's not too busy; the bartenders are friendly, but sometimes us introverts just want a little privacy. Also, make sure to look up at the ceiling by the host stand on your way out -it's super dope. I may have to make this a quarterly tradition.

Stopped by Estuary after a partner reception for a drink and some light snacks, and I’m glad I did. It’s a beautiful space with a great atmosphere. It's perfect for a late night drink or two with friends. The bar itself is really lovely, and the whole vibe makes it an easy spot to have fun with. I only tried drinks and a few small bites this time but I definitely plan to come back for dinner. This could definitely be a regular stop.
