The chicken was very greasy for some reason! I know its Fried Chicken it's going to be a little greasy. But this had a little extra grease on it. The coleslaw was very dry also I mean I've ate there before in the past and it seemed to be okay it just today was not as good for some reason but the people that were helping they were nice.

Went through the drive thru and was missing some nuggets and fries. Our order didnt even get a recipe. Be careful at the end of the drive thru it dips down

Went to the KFC on Madison St and it was run amazingly fast. Got my food and it was great and fresh as could be! The manager Melissa was super professional and super nice! 10/10 experience will be back!

My step son came thru the drive thru and ordered 4 chicken legs he got home and realized he had gotten 4 breast so I immediately called the store to speak to the manager B.J who was completely rude from the beginning my step son did not get a receipt for his order and had already thrown the chicken away because he does not like breast meat.
