I almost never leave reviews but oh my gosh this panera location is absolutely one to rave about! The food is always amazing but on this particular visit, my favorite salad was taken off the menu 😭😭😭 But I didnt have to even think about something else, because the amazing cashier, Trey figured out with the help of Nikki exactly what was on the salad and how to make it for me! It ended up turning out exactly the way I like with the most fresh ingredients as always 😌😌😌

Haven't been to panera sense c19 almost 6 years ago due to very poor food quality. Ordered on line this morning said it was ready, store screen said it was ready and nothing on kitchen counter name disappeared from store screen so asked the front because there was no one on the kitchen to ask if the food was ready, end up getting someone from leadership just to see if my food is ready wich was sitting behind the kitchen ready...panera never again
