The employees are very lazy here. I DoorDash to lots of subways and it’s no big deal to help put the pop and drinks and every once in a while. I’m also they’re not getting paid to do their job. It’s my job to deliver the order. At all the other subway locations in Muskogee, They are always on top of it and have everything in the bag ready to . I went in to pick up an order here at this location and not only was it not ready but both girls that were working had a major attitude and we were laughing when customers were walking out because they were getting frustrated because of the long wait. This place needs an entire new staff. An older gentleman took my order while also making online orders. Greeted me with a smile and even cracked some jokes. A line was building and he asked the crew for help, yet was declined by everyone. Out of the 4 other people I saw, not 1 looked busy enough to deny him help. So they argued with him about how he can do it himself. That man either deserves a massive raise or new coworkers

Nothing bad to say. Our sandwiches were good and the girl who made them was very kind. Maybe reconsider making them split tips. There's three employees in here, and one girl making all the sandwiches and then has to split the tip with folks who didn't lift a finger with our food.

Employees was rude as hell. Will not be going back to this store again. It's bad when you get push back on ordering food for your family. It's like they want 1 item per person and acted like it was the end of the world because I ordered a salad and 2 sandwiches
