Dr. Ulyss Bidkaram★Where should I start? I had always enjoyed eating at compline when visiting my daughter in Napa and enjoy the family burger we use to have each time. Well, that all changed during our dinning last night at compline. A completely changed menu, no longer the family burger or their chicken dish that they were famous for. I decided to order the red snapper as the options were limited on the entree menu who the new chef had put together, most Of which resembled a French approach to dinning. I expected a dish which would be delicious and filling at $45. Boy was I surprised when I received my plate.
