i asked for a CHOCOLATE shake and they gave me a VANILLA shake and then they told me that it was a CHOCOLATE shake in the rudest way possible. When i tried the shake it tasted like VANILLA.

Ordered on the app for pickup for breakfast. Got to the restaurant only to find out they didn’t make my order. I was told “we can’t see the order until you give us the code and we’re not selling breakfast anymore so we’re canceling the order”. I don’t believe this to be true because they have to see the order when making it, you cannot make the order when the customer is ALREADY at the restaurant. I ordered 10 minutes prior to breakfast ending and the restaurant was not busy. Horrible service, needs new staff.

Trash. Two lines waiting the a worker comes and puts a yellow cone behind the car behind my car. And no one answered the second line even though the person in front of me ordered. They kept servicing the main line until the car behind me AND I both decided to leave. Terrible management and staffing. Do better or at least acknowledge people waiting in the line.

Horrible, the service was rude and they gave me 5 dollars or change instead of 7, which was the exact change amount. They forgot parts of the meal that I ordered, so I had to ask them again to give it to me, honestly it is not a good place, food was not bad though.
